At California Hat House, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to love your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.



All Sales Are Final



All of our hats are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:


  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size selection
  • Incorrect address entered by the customer




Damaged or Defective Items



If your hat arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we’re happy to make it right.


To be eligible for a replacement or refund:


  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the issue
  • Include your order number in your message



Once verified, we will offer either:


  • A free replacement, or
  • A refund to your original payment method




Lost Packages



We are not responsible for orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.



Refund Processing Time



Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
